Creatrix of Zen Landing Wellness
Licensed Massage Therapist , 500hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, Certified Natural Health Professional
Jess Beyer
A pivotal turning point in my life happened in 2015 when I took a big leap into the very first yoga teacher training at Grow Yoga in Galloway, NJ. This experience felt like a rebirth, awakening my true self and giving me the courage to follow my passions. In 2017, I became a Licensed Massage Therapist, pouring my heart into each session and fostering a deep body-mind connection through intuitive healing.
In 2020, I wove my dreams into reality by opening Zen Landing Wellness Studio in Mays Landing, NJ. This space has become a sanctuary for me and my clients, where I share the gifts of yoga, bodywork and self healing. As a 500-hour certified yoga teacher who graduated from Canmore Counselling’s Trauma-Informed Yoga Psychology School, with specific training in prenatal yoga, yin yoga, creative sequencing, and kids yoga, I’ve created a (w)holistic approach to yoga that nurtures and supports diverse students. I’ve also had the privilege of learning from transformative trauma-informed yoga trainings with Street Yoga and The Holistic Life Foundation.
Currently, I’m diving deeper into my studies with an advanced somatic training for sensitive and intuitive healing practitioners. As a lifelong student, I’m fascinated by the dynamic interplay of modern neuroscience and the ancient wisdom of bodywork traditions. In this sacred exploration, I seek to cultivate a safe space where personal, ancestral, and collective healing can unfold, allowing each individual to reconnect with their inherent light and truth.
On a personal note, I am Mama to four beautiful daughters: Delilah, Tallulah, Fiona, and our sweet baby angel Aaliyah. They inspire me every day and remind me of the magic in the world. I share my life with my amazing husband, Drew, in the surrounding Mays Landing community. Together, we cherish the simple moments and the journey of growth, both personally and professionally. And love on our sweet rescue pit bull, Snoop.

Alexis DiTullio
Yoga Teacher
My yoga journey began in 2014 after years of practicing martial arts, where I earned my 1st Degree Black Belt. While I loved the intensity, my body craved something gentler, and yoga became the perfect path. By 2018, I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, along with Yin Yoga and Soul Exploration programs, and have since continued to expand my training in Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Reiki, Restorative, and Sound Healing.
After moving to the area in 2022, I found Zen Landing and instantly felt at home. My classes are gentle, nourishing, and supportive—blending movement, breath, and healing practices like Reiki, meditation, and sound to help students release stress and connect with themselves. I love using props to ensure everyone feels welcome and comfortable, no matter their experience.
Outside the studio, I treasure time with my husband of 34 years, our family (including our mastiff, Zoey), and soon, our first grandchild. I enjoy boating, gardening, crocheting, and cooking—and after a fulfilling nursing career, I’m grateful to be in this new chapter of sharing yoga and healing.

Lea Brown
Studio Manager
After a nerve injury in my foot ended my career in the food industry, I found my way to Zen Landing, a community that has been a true source of support and healing. This experience inspired me to shift my focus, and I’m now working towards an associate degree in arts at ACCC, with plans to major in psychology. My ultimate goal is to become an art therapist, helping others heal through creativity.
Zen Landing has provided the positive, encouraging environment I’ve been searching for, filled with people who are dedicated to personal growth and uplifting one another. When I’m not immersing myself in studies or connecting with the Zen community, you’ll find me enjoying the simple pleasures—snuggling up with my cat Mac, spending time with friends, or catching a concert or sporting event. -
Pat Roden
Yoga Teacher
My yoga journey began in 2008. I tried a class at a local gym and was intrigued. I had been working out and " beating up " my body for years. Yoga was something that used my mind and spirit and was gentle on my body. I love the yoga community and have been fortunate to practice in many places. I became a yoga teacher in 2023 so that I could learn more about the history of yoga. I want to share my joy of the practice with others.
